How long will it take for my package to arrive?
If your order had priority mail express shipping you should expect your package within the next day. If your order had priority mail shipping you should expect your package within 1-3 business days. If your order had first class shipping you should expect your package within 2-4 business days.
What happens if I noticed my vape juice leaked in the box once I received it?
Take a picture of your e-juice with the spill and submit it with your order number to Info@AspenValleyVapes.com and you will be resent a new bottle.
Can I send an e-liquid back to Aspen Valley Vapes if I do not like the flavor?
Unfortunately since flavors are bias to the person vaping it, we cannot refund or send you a different flavor.
Why did I only receive some of my purchase items and not all of them?
Sometimes the items that you might order are out of stock and to ensure that you get the best service possible we send out the items we currently have in stock to you. Once the items you are missing come in the next shipment to Aspen Valley Vapes, we will send out the rest of your order that day. You will not have to pay extra shipping charges if this happens.
Does Aspen Valley Vapes ship to any other countries other than the United States?
Unfortunately, we currently only ship to the United States. Due to various international regulations, it makes it difficult for e-juice products to clear a countries customs.
Can I change an item in my order after I have already paid?
If your order has not been shipped yet, it is possible to switch out a e-liquid for one of equal value. Just e-mail us at Info@AspenValleyVapes.com and we can inform you what your options are if applicable .
Why was my card declined?
Usually when a credit card is declined on our website it is because the billing address does not match the billing address your bank has on file. If you have a discrepancy with a charge on your bank account, you can contact us at Info@AspenValleyVapes.com and we can fix your issue.
What does the VG/PG e-juice ratio mean?
VG/PG is the main ingredient in e-juices. VG stands for Vegetable Glycerin, which is a chemical made from vegetable oil. The higher the VG e-juice ratio is, the bigger the vape cloud can get. PG stands for Propylene Glycol, which is a petroleum by-product. The higher the PG e-juice ratio is the stronger you will feel it hit your throat. What batteries should I use for my mod?
The best universal battery to use for your mod is the 18650 mod batteries.
How can I track my order?
Upon ordering products from Aspen Valley Vapes, you should receive a confirmation order e-mail from us within minutes of your purchase. After your products have been packaged and picked up, you should receive another e-mail with your tracking number for your order within a couple days. If you do not see that e-mail, make sure to check your spam folder. If you still cannot find your tracking order, contact us at Info@AspenValleyVapes.com and we will be able to help you.
What if I have a mechanical issue with the mod I purchased from Aspen Valley Vapes?
Unfortunately, here at Aspen Valley Vapes we do not always know what is causing the issue in your mod. The best solution is to contact the mod manufacturer and they should be able to help alleviate any problems you are having. If there is a mechanical/technical issue with your mod that was not caused by you, they will be the ones to send you a replacement mod.
How soon is my package assembled once I place a order?
We know that you’re eagerly awaiting your order, so that is why we offer same day shipping on all orders placed before 2 p.m.!
Why is my coupon code not working?

Why does my vape juice taste weird?
Sometimes if the e-juice hasn’t had enough time to steep, than this can cause the flavor to taste unusual. An easy solution to solve this problem is to put your e-juice in a dark area in your house at room temperature to let the flavors blend.
