when i download the installer.pkg for mac it installs but nothing else happens, there isnt any files or anything. and when i finally got the firmware installer window i plug it in and press update it goes blank and says there isnt any device connected. and it takes about 10 times of me opening and closing the window and turing my device on and off taking the battery out and trying it that way for it to come back up as its connected. so i found your site and got the .bin files and i press update again and it does the same thing, goes blank and says there isnt anything connected. i dont know whats wrong. please help

If anyone is having trouble seeing the device in the updater (i.e the update button doesn’t turn blue) :

The devices only works on USB 2.0 ports, not 3.0.
